Tired of boring workouts? I’ve found 5 awesome workouts in Winchester you don’t want to miss!

Two of these workouts I do regularly and as I started filming the video and looking for unique workouts I realized I was already friends with all of the owners other than one! That is one of the best things I love about Winchester, almost all of our businesses are owned by locals that are active in the community. I highly recommend you give each of these a try, even if you don’t think you will like it, you might just be surprised like I have been!

Barre at DrishtiFit – Always wanted to be a ballerina, or miss dancing? This class is for you! It’s a great workout, fun, and you’ll love everyone in the class!

Dazzling Divas, Pole Fitness – Having just started myself I will tell you that not only is it fun, you will build strength so quickly and be so proud of yourself for accomplishing things that are crazy hard.

Mountain Aerial Dance – Who knew you could do circus training in Winchester? It was so inspiring watching these ladies perform, and they got me on the silks for a few minutes as well! It’s definitely hard work, but so beautiful!

OsteoStrong – Love that this is completely different than anything else AND you can do it in 20 minutes one time a week! Easy to add into your routine to build bone strength!

East Coast Gymnastics and Cheer – If you are obsessed with American Ninja Warrior you need to check out East Coast! They train Ninjas from kids to adults and they even have adult gymnastic classes! My dear friend Mandy got me me doing handstands, flips and the balance beam immediately. I was quite impressed with myself, lol.
